At Blaq M’inenz, we want to give our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers.
Blaq M’inenz products contain oils and butters from natural nuts, seeds, and fruits. Some products may also contain Bee products such as honey, beeswax, etc. We disclose our ingredients contained in our products for possible allergy or sensitivity, although our products are for sensitive skin and most ingredient properties are hypoallergenic, we recommend you review prior to purchase. Blaq M’inenz products are made with natural and organic ingredients, if sensitivity occurs, discontinue use immediately. You can purchase a sample if you are unsure, contact us to arrange. Blaq M’inenz representatives and products makes no claims to cure or prevent any medical diseases or conditions.

Shipping and Delivery
What You Need to Know
Once we are notified of your order, please allow 48 business hours (no weekends included) to process the order which includes product preparation, packaging and shipping preparation. Shipping should take no longer than 3-4 days. Deliveries will not be placed between Saturday & Sunday, as well as any holidays to preserve the freshness of the product you receive.
Blaq M’inenz is not responsible for delayed shipping on behalf of the courier and is unable to provide refunds for missing or delayed shipping that is due to an error or delay on the courier's behalf.
Warm Weather Notice:
Softening or melting of product will occur if the temperature reaches above 76 degrees F. Upon receiving, place in refrigerator to solidify product.
Returns & Refund Policy
What You Need to Know
We would like to help resolve your concern as quickly as possible. To be eligible for a return/refund, You must return item within 30 days; item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in including its original packaging. Send us an inquiry via email to email@example.com to better resolve this as soon as possible. Include your order number, your full name, shipping address and reason for return/refund. Please include pictures as well. We cannot accept returns/refund on orders that have been used/opened due to hygienic matters.
The Customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs on returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the refund will not include the shipping cost fees.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the Status of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit less the amount of the original shipping cost will automatically be applied to original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
No refunds will be issued if a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer or if the carrier of choice requires the customer to be present to receive the product & is returned back to our company. The customer will be responsible for the cost to reship the package back to them including any additional delivery fees.
Blaq M’inenz is not responsible for any errors committed by a customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate & current up to date information.
Lost Or Stolen Package Policy
We are very sorry to hear that your package is missing, however, we will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that provide us with a delivered confirmation. All shipments will have a tracking number. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a secured area to receive package.
Damaged Order Policy
Our products are securely packaged to prevent any damage. If your product arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it. Please send an email with a photo of your damaged products to
and we will send you a new product, free of charge.
